As a resident of Tsawwassen since 2004, a previous longtime employee with the Delta School District and a former business owner, Sue Gordon’s connections ripple naturally throughout the community and beyond.
Her understanding of the market, the neighbourhoods, and the people who live here, have given her a rich knowledge base and network to greatly benefit her clients. Sue also has an extensive network of contacts around the Province of BC and Canada-wide.
Sue herself has bought, renovated and rented out numerous homes. That experience trickles down to buyers and sellers who wish to maximize their financial gain. Sue’s life away from work
Travel is a passion for Sue. She has experienced many different cultures by visiting many countries. With that, she brings a world of knowledge to the industry. Sue has been married for 20 years and is raising two teenage daughters, so she ‘gets’ communication too. She also enjoys her ebike and playing the odd Pickleball game.
A natural organizer, Sue has led ‘Sparks’ in the Girl Guide Organization, been the Cheerleading 'Team Mom', coordinated an annual cycling trip for 10-12 women, served on the South Delta Secondary School PAC, coordinated the annual 'Teachers Appreciation Luncheon" for 120 teachers, organized high school graduation events and fundraisers, co-owned the business My Party Rentals for five years and has met countless Tsawwassen and Ladner families through various positions with the Delta School District.
Since her daughter was diagnosed with Type I Diabetes in 2010, Sue and her family have committed a great deal of time and energy toward finding a cure and are passionate about it. She contributes a percentage of her sales commissions to the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation in hopes of turning Type 1 into Type NONE!
